After spending his twenties as a shut-in, Yoshio's life has begun to change, thanks to getting his hands on an incredible game called "The Village of Fate." Its graphics are amazing, and the characters are so lifelike that they seem almost like real people. In order to protect them, Yoshio even landed a part-time job to afford the in-game currency. His strained family relationships may be on the mend, but he'll need every extra point his new income can buy. The "Day of Corruption" is fast approaching, and his villagers will be tested by hordes of ravenous monsters. With the NPCs short on weapons and manpower, can Yoshio protect them until the dawn?
