To solve the mystery, Augusta calls on her friends, as well as her knowledge of detection, which she has gleaned through writing her novels. Dion is the perfect narrator for this story. She combines strong characterizations with a spot-on sense of timing that allows the plot to unfold while also enabling moments of comedy to shine.
