They hope it will help people better define the criminal behaviors of domestic violence and guide them out of the entrapments. A program within the Teens Leading Change initiative and in collaboration with StrengthUnited, this graphic novel includes visual definitions of types of domestic violence, a resource guide, a terms glossary, a zine pocket handbook, and essays that are some of the teens’ reflections on domestic violence. Project funding was generously supplied by: The California Department of Public Health, the Library Foundation of Los Angeles and the Teens leading Change Initiative through Los Angeles Public Library.
