唐玄宗李隆基（685年9月8日－762年5月3日），公元685年出生在神都洛阳，712年至756年在位。唐朝在位最久的皇帝，唐睿宗第三子，母窦德妃。庙号"玄宗"，又因其谥号为"至道大圣大明孝皇帝"，故亦称为唐明皇。清朝为避讳康熙皇帝之名"玄烨"，多称其为唐明皇，另有尊号"开元圣文神武皇帝"。
