I know, I know.
At some point, I will have to go back home, but life is so much better here in Amsterdam.
I found a job as an au-pair for an adorable little girl, the family who took me in is the coolest, and I have a new BFF.
I even learned to play the guitar.
I left my old, boring life in New York, along with my overbearing parents and endless hours of piano practice.
I don’t miss it at all.
Until I meet Lou Rivers, who makes me question everything I’m doing with my life.
Lou is here at the Pancake House where I work every single day, trying to get me to make peace with my old life, trying to make me play the piano again.
I would hate him if I didn’t find him so irresistibly charming. He's here only temporarily and he's going to leave Amsterdam soon. I CANNOT fall for him with his dreamy green eyes and southern manners.
Good luck to me.
