El temple y la actitud proactiva de los rescatistas navales Ríos y Roblero fueron prontamente apreciados y aquilatados no solo por mi, sino también por todos quienes fueron testigos de su proceder durante el demandante y fatigoso entrenamiento al que se vieron sometidos por el líder del team de rescatistas, Ovidio Rodríguez, de Codelco, así como de su profesional trabajo con los mineros a 620 metros de profundidad.
